Insomnia vs Miracle Soap II

One little sheep, two little sheep, three little sheep……ect. If you find yourself at night counting sheep, staring at the dark ceiling, or looking down a dark hallway imagining that you are seeing things move. Well needless to say all of us at one time or another felt like we had some version of insomnia.

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder. People who have insomnia have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both. As a result, they may get too little sleep or have poor-quality sleep. They may not feel refreshed when they wake up.

Insomnia can be acute (short-term) or chronic (ongoing). Acute insomnia is common and often is brought on by situations such as stress at work, family pressures, or a traumatic event. Acute insomnia lasts for days or weeks.

Chronic insomnia lasts for a month or longer. Most cases of chronic insomnia are secondary, which means they are the symptom or side effect of some other problem. Certain medical conditions, medicines, sleep disorders, and substances can cause secondary insomnia.
Many people who have chronic insomnia may want to go see a doctor for some help, but those who have acute insomnia there are a few all natural things out there that might actually help you store those sheep back under the bed for a different day.

1.     Serotonin is a feel good hormone that decreases stress and can help relax the body into a much calmer state. You can get Serotonin in pill form or you can actually eat some of these foods to help you;
a.     Popcorn
b.     Oatmeal (original not flavored stuff unless you put your own fresh fruit and in it)
c.      Nuts
d.     Egg whites for omelets
e.     Peanut Butter
f.       Prewashed veggies (colorful ones are better for this purpose)
g.      Fruit
h.     Whole grain crackers and bread
i.       Turkey
j.      Cottage Cheese
k.      Small amounts of other protein will help

2.     Exercise can help some people sleep a little better at night. Even as little as 20 min of some kind of aerobic movement;
a.     Dancing
b.     Walking
c.     Running
d.     Steps(instead of elevator or escalator)

There probably a few other things out there that I could list, but I also want to throw in there that even though this will not cure your insomnia it could only help. Using Miracle Soap II products on a regular basis can help boost all the other changes that you may be taking or may be needi

ng to take. Miracle Soap II products are all natural minerals, sea salts, and cold pressed virgin oils. Miracle Soap is also all non-toxic, and biodegradable. There are no fragrances, colors, agents or perfumes. If you go onto http://www.katesmiracle2soapsale.com/Welcome.php and look in their uses and instruction page it will show you how much soap and maybe for how long you should use this product for your body to start noticing any changes. Even if you don’t think that the Miracle Soap II products are going to make a difference or if you have already been using it and you don’t think you see a difference I challenge you. Yes, I did say I challenge you in quitting using this product and go back to you old ways and then we will see if you finally realize, see, feel, and just know the difference in your body.

The only reason I can actually challenge you and stand by my word is because I have used the product and then took myself off of it due to laziness in not ordering it and wow my body became sluggish, I broke out a little, and then by the time I went back on it if felt like starting all over again. It made me realize how I truly don’t miss all the other on shelf products that I have used in the past and I will continue to spend my money on what I find to be one of the best products out there.

Remember I am not saying all of the above is a cure, but at least it is one step in the right direction for you body.
