Dandruff vs. Miracle Soap

Dandruff! Caspa! Pellicules! No matter what language you speak it all comes down to the same common pesky symptoms. First it usually starts with a mild irritation, and then you begin to itch and scratch at your dry scalp, that is when it happens, first it starts when you brush your hair and those embarrassing white flakes begin to fall from your hair and as a result can leave your black shirt covered with white flakes. No matter how much you use your shampoo and conditioner or rinse your scalp you can never seem to target your one goal. Not only do you hope that others don’t notice your discomfort or embarrassment, but you also want to find the fastest relief out there without having to be medicated just for your scalp and hair to feel and look good once again.

Luckily there are many ways that all these symptoms can be treated, but for the many of you who are looking to find a few good all natural remedies for decreasing your dandruff and not ruining your hair in the process then you have found the right place for some free advice. There are no guarantees for an instant result, but these are all worth trying to apply to your daily healthy scalp ritual. On here I have listed some of these dandruff remedies that I have found so you do not have to use any of those harsh chemicals in stores. I have also used one more product that is not new, but new to many people out there. It is called Miracle soap and it not only will help with your dandruff, but if you look this soap up it is a wonder why we use any other product out there on the shelves. The miracle soap is personally by far my favorite choice and it targets many of my regular health, hygiene, or cleaning needs.

1. Miracle Soap products are made from all natural minerals, sea salts, and cold pressed virgin oils. Miracle Soap is also all non-toxic, and biodegradable. There are no fragrances, colors, agents or perfumes. This in the long run would make the perfect anti dandruff solution. Miracle Soap will also keep your scalp healthy, help prevent any breakage, keep you from having to have any medical treatment. It can also be used on your hair regularly.

2. Mix a little bit of white vinegar with some water (about one cup of vinegar to a gallon of water) and use it to rinse hair. Apple Cider Vinegar will also have the same effect. Wash your hair with this solution and it will help balance your scalp's PH levels, and prevent any extreme dryness or oil in your hair.

3. If using hair styling products, choose products that are not heavily perfumed as they are less likely to cause irritation. Try to use a minimum of hot heat against your scalp for that can also dry your scalp out.

4. Purchase an organic shampoo that will target, help prevent and relieve dandruff. Natural hair shampoos that contain organic ingredients are a good choice since they don't contain irritants and drying chemicals and are healthier in the long run.

5. Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of virgin or regular coconut oil. Massage onto your scalp and leave on for about 20 minutes. Then rinse and wash as usual. Use this recipe on your hair once every other day.

6. Since tea tree oil has antiseptic, anti-inflammation and antibiotic qualities, it has become an effective potion to get rid of dandruff. Just massage 1 tablespoon on to your scalp. Leave on for 10 to15 minutes. Wash your hair as usual. You can also mix this oil with your regular shampoo.

7. Olive oil has been used for a long time to help relieve skin problems. Therefore, it is also used to get rid of dandruff. Start by using 1-2 tablespoons once a day, every day. Before you sleep, slightly warm it up. Then massage this onto your scalp. Leave this on overnight. Rinse your hair thoroughly the next day.

8. Try to increase your intake of raw fruits and vegetables, and decrease the amount of sugar, dairy, fried and fatty food. By increasing the amount of vitamins C & E you can reduce your chances of developing a dry scalp.

Dandruff has to be treated. Not only can dandruff affect your scalp, but it can cause other symptoms such as thinning of your hair, slight loss of hair, or long term baldness, acne and a few more unhealthy results. All of these can be used in the comfort of your own home without the use of dangerous products. Of course, if you try these ideas and your dandruff persists, you develop allergic or sensitive reactions you may want to contact your dermatologist. The doctor should be able to provide more potential solutions. Before taking that route I really do insist on trying the Miracle Soap first and for most. Then I would try using one of the others that has been listed.
